The hotel staff are professional and accommodating. The food they served were a delight, a must being in Iloilo. The rooms, however, were substandard and are up for renovation. The only available sockets in our room were hidden below the television set. The room had no refrigerator. Our restroom did not have hot shower. It was also pretty unclean. The location is good enough if one would need to be nearer to the airport and the great old heritage district of Jaro. I will come back here again if given a room with better facilities.

Good for business conferences. Nice also for family outing or bonding. The waterpark is a plus for the experience not so far from the city.

I booked a room online only to find out they will give us a room that’s outside the main bldg. The room was dated, bathroom dirty, shower barely had water, towels looked dirty. Very horrible experience. Lobby looked fancy but the rooms were horrible. This was the worst hotel we ever stayed on. Never coming back again. And do yourselves a favor, stay out of this hotel!

Don't take the annex building!! No internet no bidet nor dipper in the toilet no rugs Room Is very dark Toilet is very dirty No shower heater Very disappointing. If zero is lowest possible would have given less than 1.

My kids enjoyed the waterpark and we stayed in the under the sea themed room.... the kids loved it so much.. hoping to be back again soon!

We just had our seminar at eon centennial resort hotel and waterpark.... the food is delicious, the WIFI is working and the rooms are okay.

The place is great for small and big functions, and it's just right beside Water World. You can choose rooms from budget types to deluxe. Drinking water dispensers are also placed on every hallway of the rooms so it's very convenient, unlike other hotels where you need to call service to request for water.
